Even though John was not the primary realtor on this listing, he did a great job of aquiring what I feel was a potential popular property by getting in an early offer before an arranged showing. After the offer was accepted, John kept me in the loop through texts, e-mails and cell calls making the closing stress free. I am planning on relocating to MI later this year and John was extremely helpful in my house search and purchase. When an adjoining lot became available to my MI property, John was there to offer advice and negotiate a fair price for that property as well. As I will be new to the area when I move, I consider John one of my first friends in MI.
